Tried returning a call from the pharmacy only to find myself held hostage in a sales call on the callback # given. All options in that IVR led to an automated sales pitch (sounded AI generated). Found another number but the IVR options were programmed incorrectly. * to repeat options actually led to disconnect. Tried a 3rd pharmacy number but was told they couldn't transfer the call across town. Tried using the on-line portal with a message to pharmacy and was told to contact my doctor... all while trying to call the pharmacist who had a question back. This is a massive systemic, design and moral failure. Where are your values, integrity and competence?

Every month I asked to be notified when prescription was done being filled and every month I ended up having to call them to find out. So done with this place!

Made me wait a half hour just to tell me they didn't have the meds I needed. There were no customers ahead of me therefore they checked, saw it was gone, and then didn't tell me. They were surprised when I asked them how much longer.

The pharmacy hours show it is open on Saturdays but when I drove over there it was closed. Please update your website hours for specific pharmacies.
