Way better than Walgreens, however I'm downgrading from a 5 to a 3 based upon the poor, unwilling to help attitude of one employee who stated 'you can go find prescription refill information yourself' real nice. Thanks to a manager who stepped in, they then handled it appropriately

The absolute worst medical center with a RACIST doctor by the name of DARREN HEESACKER. As we were waiting he says to the senior citizen next to us, " great he doesn't know English, this is going to be fun". Then says, " 99? Probably his time to go". ABSOLUTELY SICK. Other countries require 2 languages so it's PATHETIC this "Dr." DOESNT know his patient populations' language. Why are you a doctor Dr. DARREN HEESACKER? You should have chosen a different profession because people like YOU should never have the opportunity to treat anyone. You are a scum.

This hospital is the worst place you want to be when Its a life and death situation. Doctors specifically Dr. Darren Heesacker, are bluntly saying racist and ageist comments during this trial time of the Coronavirus. Please go to other clinic/hospitals to be treated right. Here is the story:

i had surgery at aurora/baycare.they asked if i would pay for my surgery with a credit card. i was told one price for surgery, and they took out more money than my surgery was. they applied some money towards pill from 2 months pryor to surgery and put it downas prepay. i looked up prepay. its pay in advance, not on exixting bills. needless to say i am going to small claims court for the 4th, time to get my money back.!i have learned not to give a medical facility my credit card. at least when youwrite out a check you know where your money is applied. by the way!! aurora has $25.40 of my money for a year now and are slow to return my money. if i wouldnt have looked at my bill, i would never have found the $ difference. the $ amount was originally $127.72.i consider this theft since [ they had no intentions of returnung this money if i didnt catch the mistakes.[ elder abuse]

Dr Sipes II is probably one of the best ONGYN's. I was a high risk pregnancy and first time mom and listened to all my concerns. I never felt like once he was trying to rush me out the door to see a next patient. I can't remember the name of his nurse. But I adored her. Dr Hayes who took care do the high risk part of my pregnancy was amazing. Yes he seems distant but that's just him being professional. He did great on monitoring my child's heart while still in utero. The labor and delivery nurses were amazing. I loved my day nurse. She kept things calm and relaxing for my husband and I as we waited for the baby to arrive. They took such good care of my little one after birth as well. I loved how they had tuna in every room so you could take a bath if you wanted before or after birth. Their rooms are very nice in labor and delivery as well. This hospital is one of my favorites. As weird as that sounds. Their staff is nice and helpful.

This is the worst, most terrifying hospital in the entire county, perhaps even in the entire state. When my daughter was born, the hospital personnel conducted medically unnecessary tests on my newborn to include, but not limited to, drug-screenings. When I objected to their practices, they brought in their counselor to assess whether or not I was fit to keep my own child. It was clear to me that the female doctor present wanted the hospital to lawfully kidnap my child. These people are disgusting! They have no interest in helping people be healthy; they are a gigantic, bureaucratic organization whose sole focus is to wring as much money as possible from your insurance company while not caring one iota about the care rendered to their human clientele. Furthermore, they botched a urethra scoping that was performed on my Uncle Mike, leading to his complete incontinence. Additionally, my mother and nephew developed food-poisoning after dining in the cafeteria. Bellin Hospital is the best hospital in Brown County, at least for the birthing of one's children.
