Telephone Receptionist was cordial and immediately transferred me to appliance salesman Evan who was both pleasant and professional to work with. Evan confirmed I had made good model choice and found available equipment. He advised me of all required to complete replacement. He was also able to provide pricing in short order. Ordering process was smooth and painless.Looking forward to delivery of our new machines in a few weeks, due to our rural location.”

“Absolutely wonder service! Paul was just awesome. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was listening & looking for while troubleshooting our washer. Answered every single question we had. Could have gouged us for a new boot for our front loader but gave us a $3 option that should last 2 years or more. I would highly recommend you call them and would call them again!”

“Had them repair a Briggs and Stratton snowthrower that worked poorly and then wouldn’t start. Mathu’s diagnosed the problems and got it running. It was sputtering when I engaged the blade and making black smoke once I got it home. I called and they said to bring it back in and they would put it in ahead of all the others and take a look at it. By noon the same day I dropped it off they called and said the carburetor needed cleaned and adjusted and they did that for no extra charge. Advised me to use Sta-Bil in the fuel and use fresh gasoline. Always polite and always courteous and they did a great job.”

“Called for service on my walk-in cooler an hour before they closed for the day. The receptionist was uncertain whether someone could get here today however instead of leaving it at "uncertainty" she took the extra step of talking to the service manager to find out whether it could happen today or not. That was awesome. Hopefully when the technician gets here the service will be just as awesome. The pricing was reasonable as well.Edit: I still use these guys as my go to appliance repair. “Dave Z from Home Depot is a ROCK STAR! I needed to get some lumber items, and get them cut to size for a sewing room enhancement project for BOTH my wife and a friend of hers. Dave gave us (mostly them!) the expert help and insight into getting what we needed. Cuts were needed and needed to be relatively precise. While I was off getting other needs, Dave continued on to the cutting. Both, without even asking for precision were absolutely astonished at just how carefully Dave set up the saw, and checking and rechecking measurements with a precise eye as keen as if this was his own project. When we got home, he was DEAD ON THE MONEY with the cuts (tolerances well within a 16th of an inch). Dave's colleagues were also very helpful in the moving and loading of our materials - taking extreme care with both our vehicles and the materials. YOU ROCK, DAVE Z!”
