Charged an extremely high amount for services that were ineffective. There was zero consultation, Dr. Lafond did not see me until after I came back to express my concerns, where she proceeded to gaslight the situation. They use the vulnerability in emergency situations to take advantage of their patients. Just extremely disgusted at this point.

The Animal Hospital of Ashwaubenon is honestly the best vet clinic I've ever been to in the area. With my first cat, we shopped around a bit for a vet clinic that felt like a good fit which took some time to figure out. I tried this vet clinic based on a recommendation and now my three cats have happily been established here for quite a few years. The vets, vet techs, and staff members are all very kind and caring. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my cats here and knowing they're in good hands and any questions or concerns I may have are taken seriously. The clinic itself is very clean. I feel scheduling appointments and the general communication between pet owner and vet have always been an excellent experience. I highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for quality care for their pet.

Eleven years ago I brought my cat to Animal Hospital because he was crying in pain. They examined him. Their expert diagnosis was a bladder infection, and without an $1,100 surgery, he wouldn't survive. They also recommended "putting him down". I asked for pain medication to get him through the night until I could get him to his normal Vet (DePere). They gave me the meds and told me he wouldn't last the night. The next morning his Vet saw him immediately. Treated him for his condition and send us home. My cat is alive and well. Just had his 14th birthday! Had I taken their advice, he would be dead, or had unnecessary surgery. I DO NOT recommend this animal hospital unless there are literally zero other options available!

Today was my first time at Animal Hospital of Ashwaubenon and I was very impressed! Each staff member was super nice and welcoming! They all took great care of my cat! I will recommend them to others!

Wouldn't advise me on how to handle an emergency situation because they hadn't seen that specific dog yet. I've been taking my other dog here for years, and was very happy. I don't plan to return either dog after being treated that way.
