My appointment to load was at 1500. I checked in around 0900. The guy said they were behind, but if he could get me, he would. I was loaded and rolling out before noon. I was impressed.

Had a bad appointment, they got me in and out in a couple hours. Good attitudes, we're actually concerned about getting me out as quick as possible. Even apologized for the two hour loading time. Don't see that very often at a cold storage !! Thanks guys !!

I'm surprised! Had delivery here at 1pm, and PU at 3pm. Got here 10am, was unloaded and loaded at 12pm! I couldn't believe it that i could be done at Americold location! They also got big empty parking lot for overnight sleeping here. Definitely recommend!

I loaded here yesterday. I'll be honest, I was nervous reading the reviews. I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in, they said they'd call when they got a door open. It was 3:10 when I got the green light to back into door five. At 3:15 the trailer was bouncing. At 3:43 the red light turned off. (FYI For maintenance, the green light isn't working.) I had my BOL and was on the road by 4:00!The only complaint I can muster from this should probably be taken up with TNT Crust! Or Brokers! PLEASE, for the love of God develop some brain cells and think about the ridiculous regulations the FMCSA has given us drivers as far as Hours of Service! (HOS) My appointment was for 3:00, and I'm glad I was early! Because my first directions took me to TNT about 4 blocks away. After blowing some time there bothering their shipping department and wasting their time searching for a load number, they sent me to cold storage down the street. That stop they sent me to was also the wrong facility! With the ELD clock still ticking, the third stop was finally the right one after wasting time and bothering staff at the first two places! That is a clerical error costing everyone money that is in the loop. Looking forward to another load here in the future. Other drivers that wrote bad reviews have to keep in mind that nobody is perfect, and if we work together, we can improve on all of our faults.

Worst place on earth to pickup at. Have had to come here for the last 4 months. Always have an appointment time set. Check in and always told well we are way behind we will get to you when we can. We have trucks that showed up late and we need to work them in. I get here1-1 1/2 hours before appointment timeAnd out of here 2-4 hours after my appointment time delaying next appointment. Then told ow well that’s the way it is. Great Supervisors and managers.
