Stir clear of this place!!! We rented a car, and we were notified two days after that the car has hood damage. We did the walk around after and it was all okay, so we thought. We asked for photos of the claimed damage, and they did not respond. They told us via email to contact our insurance company or to pay the damages in cash!! They then sent this to their claims dept where we are now disputing this...Stay away for this place unless you want a big headache. I gave one star because we had to pick at least one, but they deserve none!!!

Good range of cars in our requested car size. All the Desk staff were very helpful and patient. All info provided was relevant and useful.Be aware of tolls!! Remember your number/registration plate, as you'll need to go online to check toll invoices.Excellent prices of the cars, found via Kayak and flexible with drop-off options. We went with a full size than midsize, because of the discounts.Recommended!

I rent a car from this location and returned safely. After a while I was connected for a loss on the car, totally impossible. Though the damage was recorded on file after my returning mileage, they did not care about my objections. They forced me to pay $1,200+ for a loss probably happened during car wash or parking after my return. I am still trying to avoid paying this loss caused by someone else which I do not know. This company tries to push you pay their own loss and never cares about your objections. They know that my insurance will pay that in a way and justice is not an issue. Never suggest this rental company!
Addition: After my review here, I received below reply of Alamo Care. As expected, this is nothing else than a few words. I send the details they requested but no any reply after that. After a while I again received a reply that I need to contact the agent or the insurance company, which I had tried long before this review. This is a care service without care..

Honestly I have rented at dozens of locations all over the country. This is the worst. Terrible base model cars. I asked for an upgrade that could handle the winter weather and you'd think I'd asked for a free Bentley! They bragged that my 'executive upgrade' had a backup camera! In 2019! Awful car not safe for winter driving along with terrible customer service. Never again.

I always like to stress when this happens -- there is no Emerald Aisle here, so book wisely. You won't be getting yourself an upgrade. Beyond that, this is a solid location. Good people, quick service, get in and get out and be on your way. It's a small airport so everything is easy to find, but you do have to walk a little bit outside, so be prepared for that. My only complaint here is that their vehicles aren't exactly meant for Green Bay weather. There's a snowstorm that's about to drop 12 inches of snow and you want me to navigate icy roads in this little Chevy Cruze? No thanks, I'm staying at the hotel or calling an Uber.

Rented a car here for Hot Wife and I for the recent Green Bay Marathon and Half Marathon. The location is right in the airport past baggage claim. As you come down the escalators stick to your right and you'll see the Alamo/National area. I made the mistake of booking our car for the day prior to our arrival and didn't realize it until we got to the counter. No problems though from the service aspect as the nice employee corrected it and we got our keys and off we went. It's a little different here as you pick up your keys at the counter with a designated spot for your car unlike some other airports which you pick out from a row. It's a smaller airport, so no worries. Our car was a Chevy Cruise, which was alright. I suppose my only complaint was that the car shuts off at traffic lights which is fine, conserving fuel, I get it, but it turns off most of the air as well. Normally this is fine in Green Bay as it's a colder climate, but it was a little warm at times but that's not a fault of Alamo. Simply a car thing. Returning the car prior to the booth opening was fine, just remember to take down the mileage and fuel level for the car and fill out a slip of paper before dropping the keys into the return slot. Easy enough. Would certainly consider Alamo in Green Bay again.

Friendly, solid service. The best of what you you can ask for from a national car rental service.
