About Lock & Load

We’ve been in the Wild Game Processing industry since 1994, relocating to our current facility in 2002. We process venison, bear, elk, moose, beef, and pork products. We also make made-to-order beef and pork products, including frozen seasoned bulk ground beef, burgers, bulk ground pork, brats, and beef jerky. All beef products are certified as 100% USDA Choice beef burgers.
