Nice staff but extremely slow. 4+ hours for an antibiotic. Switched to a different pharmacy after it happened on several occasions.

Unfriendly/rude pharmacy lady and said they are 5 days behind. Just close if you're 5 days behind and let the competent pharmacies handle it in the area. Also, quit your job if you hate it that much.

Terrible service. Everytime I come to the pharmacy I wait at the window for at least 20-25 minutes before even being acknowledged. When you do speak with the pharmacists and the techs they are nothing short of rude. Oh and one time while I was waiting the pharmacist was eating a pop tart while working on orders.

Would give zero stars if I could. I understand after Christmas is a stressful time. But the woman at the drive through was condescending and unkind. My needed prescription is 4 days delayed already and she refused to find it. She told me it was in the store, but would not get it because there was a line. She said she was done explaining it to me when I had more questions even though I tried to be polite about it. We will be moving all of our prescriptions somewhere else.

10 days and they couldn't get my prescription filled, never gave me an update, wouldn't answer their phones. This place should go out of business.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced! The male pharmacist was extremely rude yesterday when trying to get questions answered about a transfer of scripts to a different pharmacy. There’s always attitude and an excuse for everything. I don’t even want to give them 1 star. You all work in customer service, have respect!This was Casaloma in Grand Chute WI

Discount didn't come off when put in rewards code. Manager had me walk her to the product and was more worried about dinner than helping me. Needless to say make sure you don't check out till they fix it and hold up the long lines even longer as they don't fix mistake after you show the discount tag.

I can't believe this Walgreens is still in business. I normally go to Smiths but I havre already reached our deductible and thisstore is closer. I can honestly say, ITS NOT WORTH IT. Scripts weren't ready had to order the other script which us controlled n I can't wait a few days to get. I call and I'm on hold for over an hrs and still don't get thruThey r closed from 1:30-2:30 every day because apparently the pharmacists can only take their lunches altogether instead If shifts like most pharmacies do and let's not forget in the drive up they don't take care of u in order. They have to do all the in store cust.FIrst. I have never had such an awful experience. I highly recommend Smiths Pharmacy in Little chute where u will never run into these issues,they also watch for cheaper deals without ins. I can get thru right away and they dont close for lunch. So although walgreens might be closer to us it isn't worth all the headaches and bad customer service. Trust me closer is not betterandaI can't

My script was called in at 10:30 am on a Wednesday. It then showed up on the app as being prepared. I waited until 6:30 p.m. to come in and pick it up because it's status had not changed on the app. When I got here they told me it was being prepared and would be ready in 25 minutes if I just have a seat.

sadly this my local walgreens. I come here twice a year because every single time I get followed around the store which I don't mind because I'm not doing anything but this last time it was so obvious and almost insulting that I just should my head and went straight to the register I literally spend around 100$ everytime I'm there. In fact the last time I was there I spent $149.15 (I kept my receipt) and yet every single time it's the same thing. Idk maybe there's something *cough* *cough* my race *cough* that makes them do that automatically because I don't have that problem anywhere else. anyways I hope they can train or talk to their employees about biases.

Waited 20 hours for the prescription (after surgery) and the “lady” be hind the counter said we are doing the best we can! Really 20 hours is the best??? She should be fired!

Didn't fill my whole prescription. Didn't tell me they didn't have it all. I am expected to pick it up tomorrow. Very poor service.
