There isn't one single reason for the pharmacy to close for lunch. You already work indoors in air conditioning and get paid plenty. Eat some snacks during your shift you pathetic snowflakes. You're supposed to be serving the customers WHO PAY YOUR SALARY! I'm moving all of my tens of thousands of dollars worth of prescriptions to Smith pharmacy.

Walgreens pharmacies keep telling us they haven't received prescriptions that their system is telling my doctor's office they received. Then the pharmacist just walks away without making sure I know how to use the brand new prescription I picked up for my two year old. Completely incompetent. Go somewhere else.

Used to love going here. Had all mine and my family members' prescriptions here. Until... there was a pharmacist that was filling in from a different site and he was extremely rude and made a nasty comment about me being on medicaid and how he couldn't believe they paid for my prescription. I even tried to overlook it but it seemed like he kept popping up and every time I had to deal with him he was VERY VERY rude. I just could not understand why he had such a problem with people on medicaid. But he made snarky comments several times and acted like he was disgusted. Needless to say, I took my and all my family's business elsewhere.

They have been late on preparing medications and today they were closed because there wasn’t a pharmacist. Highly recommended going elsewhere for medication refills. I have been having a frustrating and inefficient experience here.

Worst pharmacy in Appleton. Terrible on-call system and I'm still waiting to be answered - 35 minutes so far andno answer. Pick'n Save is much better customer service and phone system than Walgreens Pharmacy

The worst pharmacy service in over 50 years of going to them. Consistently late in filling prescriptions....not answering the phone or calling back. Here is the latest and worst experience. Medicine was supposed to be ready on Friday and they were supposed to call when ready. No call..waited till Saturday no call..called them no answer..left msg...no call back ....went their Sunday morning. Told it wont be ready till Monday...i ask why it was ordered on Thursday...she tells me it should have been ready on Friday but they ordered it she was not sure why. She then says let me see if we have it in stock...they do good..but i have to wait 40 min. I ask why the meds are there fill the prescription...she replys its only me and the pharmacist and they are filling other prescription... wait other prescription that were supposed to be ready before this one...well no....then why isnthis a priority????? You screwed it up make it right. 40 min sir. I leave to go back home and on my way they call my mom and say the Meds are ready..she asks if they can deliver they say yes. They never show up....mom calls next day no answer again then she sends a driver from her place to pick up meds finally!

Temporarily closed again. Maybe they need to start paying your techs more to keep them. Or the pharmacists Walgreens. Because at some point we should all just use amazon pharmacy.

Incompetent pharmacy. Waited 2 days to pickup prescription and when I arrived to pick up they said that they would need an additional 25 minutes to get it ready. I had to go inside to get this news after waiting an extended period of time in the drive thru. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

Went to the drive thru to get my covid test. Third time today. The first two experiences were exceptional! This time today, I was not attended to after patiently waiting for ten minutes. I clearly saw three coworkers walking pass the drive thru window. I figured, "hey, they might be busy or short handed as that situation is the same everywhere atm." I then saw someone come up to the counter to speak with me, but nothing. I didn't even get a, "We're sorry sir, but we will be with you shortly as we are busy at the moment." Maybe next time, it will be nice to be noticed or alerted to not come to my appointment.
