1305 N Casaloma Dr, Grand Chute“5 stars all the way for their tire department. I was traveling in Appleton for work and had an issue with my rear tires (on a 2023 car!). They were able to patch one tire, but not the other due to the damage. They were extremely helpful in reviewing options with me. Unfortunately they don’t carry my tire size in stock, so I had to travel home as is, but appreciated the great help and advice on purchasing new tires”
“Best pharmacy ever. So convenient and they are always so kind. They always somehow have my prescription in stock too (there's been a shortage for over a year and this is the only place I can ever get it!).”
“This small pharmacy has GREAT service and they are willing to go to great lengths to make their customers happy. Everyone is so kind and helpful. This is a great place.”
“Hometown Pharmacy in Neenah is a breath of fresh air!
They go above and beyond compared to larger chains. The service is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacists are always happy to answer questions and take the time to explain things clearly.”

“Great pharmacy. I didn’t have high expectations for a pharmacy ran by Walmart but I was pleasantly surprised after using them for a year. My prescription is filled quickly and the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are all nice and helpful. I always recommend this one when people are having issues with their current pharmacy”

Meds do sometimes go on back order but I know they work diligently to fill prescriptions as fast as they can.”

4301 W Wisconsin Ave, Appleton“The CVS pharmacy, located inside Target, at 4301 W. Wisconsin, in Appleton has a team of pharmacists, and techs, who have demonstrated their care for my health -- and furthermore my ability to have positive results thru the application of various medications ordered by my physicians.
They actually greet me by my first name, seem glad to learn the medications are effectual, and even know little particulars about my personal life. It is delightful to have them on my "care" team, as professionals.
I could speak to additional positive interactions -- although, I hope you appreciate my sentiments.”

1800 S Kensington Dr, Appleton“While the automated system gets a zero (it kept hanging up on me and I hadn't even gotten to all the choices yet? ) on my third call, I was able to get through to the staff. She was very friendly and told me my doctor hadn't called in my prescription yet. Saved me time not going in yet. I'll follow up with my doctor.”

511 W Calumet St, Appleton“This is most likely the best pharmacy ever! The people have been their for more than 20 years and you can tell they're a team. In fact they are more than a team. They are professionals who care about the customer, their jobs, and each other. They never make you feel rushed nor have they ever displayed impatience with me in the 20+ years I been going there. They are so very helpful, and if they don't know the answer they will research it and get back to you. They are kind, conpassionate, caring, respectful, and professional. They have even sent me get well cards! I love them!”

8AM - 10PM
305 Racine St, Menasha“Staff went above and beyond today to help me get my son’s prescription before closing. His normal pharmacy was closed, the insurance denied the claim due to the prescription being sent there first. The pharmacist called our insurance company to get the claim reversed and the prescription covered. The pharmacist knew my son needed his prescription today, said he would make sure he found a way to get it and made sure I didn’t have to pay out of pocket due to it being very expensive. I got multiple calls from staff to update me on the situation as it was happening. I will be switching pharmacies due to the excellent customer service and willingness to help in a urgent situation. Thank you pharmacy staff!”
“I feel that the pharmacy staff and the pharmacists are all helpful and friendly. The service is quick and if there are a lot of people in line a pharmacist will come out and help at the counter until I thins out. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions I have. If anybody thinks otherwise maybe it is them that have the problem. Be patient and wait your turn”
“Need to add this to an otherwise satisfactory plus review previously left. Techs are VERY young and prone to incessant interruption. They need oral communications etiquette lessons and a freshman level course in listening. In my career, I have worked for KCNS, Freed's Omnicare in Kansas City, OC of the Midwest and Homecare Pharmacy as a lvl 1 pharmacy technician, IT support lead and medical records systems designer. I have a tad more than a rudimentary understanding of oral and written communications propriety. This is constructive and well deserved criticism... the verbal clumsiness of your 'kids' is becoming quite obtuse. Still championing Smith RX, of course.Perhaps a staff meeting led by several PharmDs would be in order.Cheers,Deb (and Chris my bf and X Omnicare Corporate Clinical Systems RX Data Administrator)”
