Employee working on 4/7 at around 4:48
said that they're "not a shop" and was extremely rude to my mother when she asked for assistance with a tail light replacement . A simple
"we're understaffed" would have sufficed.

Mike was rude as-well as his manager Tommy don’t know of a proper way to address a customer and hanged up on us save your time coming or calling here because auto zone is better in every aspect.

To start off mike the employee there answered the phone rudely started treating me as his “buddy” then when i spoke to the manager tommy also hung up on my just because i put the complaint on them who do they think they are speaking to me like this horrible customer service

Went there tonight, young boys in there were little to no help at all. One was behind the counter on his phone the entire time, the other one doing something else in an aisle and could barely stop to help me. Less than impressed. I was the only customer in the store.

Foumd what we wanted, but could do with out the clecks dropping F bombs, the language they used, not to say cleck taking tools off the shelf to work on his car when he should be working.

"Why'd it take you an hour to a brake change?" 'I went to Oh Oh Oh O'Reilly... Auto. Parts.' No but seriously. The brake fitment was trash. I had to throw away the button retainer clips because they weren't shaped the same.

I stopped in today, asking them to test the battery. They tested it for free and the battery was not good. He then help me choose a new battery and install that in my vehicle on the spot. The battery was fully charged and worked perfectly well for what I need. Very happy with a Service. I will definitely stop back.

Really gone downhill. Apparently they only hire vaping teens, who are allowed to work behind the counter in street clothes (no uniforms anymore?) and don't actually know anything about oil or car parts. Watched one "employee", not 100% sure since he wasn't in uniform, help a couple. He wasnt sure on the part so went outside to ask another maybe "employee", also in street clothes, working on his truck in the parking lot. They continue to try to help the couple but never actually did. While we wanted help finding oil. They wont come out in the aisle to help you, they just yell numbers at you from behind the counter. Until you are frustrated enough to just buy what you hope is right and leave. Go anywhere but here!
