Long; I had a walk-in on a Friday for a special but fairly common maintenance item. Quick suspension bushing press in job. They fit me in same day which helped my situation. I was asked for any specific requests or considerations with it. Given the cost and rarity of what I entrusted them with, I greatly appreciate that. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to the big chain service centers. With my limited experience (but hopefully more in the future) I’m glad they’re a part of the local community! “My car had some codes that popped up and had reduced power so i pulled in here just to see what was wrong with it and Colt came out to scan it. Colt, Josh, and Dylan pushed my car into the garage and told me they would fix it in a timely manner. These boys have their good karma coming! I’ll be coming back here just for their good hearts and kind souls.
What ended up happening was my Coolant line had pressure built up and basically exploded. They ran over to the nearest parts store to get it fixed quickly. Props to them. They deserve a raise.”

I was kept aware of the status of the install at every moment. Gabriel explained things well and then pleasantly closed out the bill and helped me get my things to my car. I will use Walmart Auto Care Centers in Neenah again, and hope for Gabriel as the service person.”

Many times I've asked to have them look at something and they will tell me it's fine and does not need replacing. I've been to other places that anything that you ask about they tell you needs replacing. Floyd is great!”

“I needed a flat repaired. Everyone that I worked with was nothing more than AMAZING! I’m a Walmart+ member but didn’t realize that it was no charge because of that. I asked “don’t I have to pay yet?”. The gentleman said “as a Walmart+ member there isn’t a charge”. He then proceeded to tell me more about things that I can save on. He was so kind!
About 2 weeks prior to today’s appointment I walked in at 7am in a state of complete hysteria. I had lost my dog the night prior and had been up all night searching for him in farm fields and woods. I had been crying all night. During my search my fab key needed a new battery. I was greeted by Nancy asking for help. She did her best but needed further assistance. She went and got the tech, I believe his name was Kyle. He came in got it open, told me the type of battery I needed, and proceeded to put it in for me. The two of them made one of my worst days a little lighter. So so kind and helpful.
All in all the service, the staff, and quality I have found to be top notch. They don’t make you feel like just a number. They don’t try to sell you something that you don’t need. I am completely apprehensive of the amazing staff! Thank you for all you do. It does not go unnoticed!!!”
