I wandered around the store for 15 minutes looking for the items I wanted to purchase. I couldn't find one person to help me, but I did run into someone else also looking for someone to help. I did notice two people sitting in an office in the back though. I don't like shopping at Hobby Lobby, but will take my business there for now on, even though I'm a Michael's member.
