Ordered a stove and refrigerator and scheduled delivery for 3 days out...day of delivery they never showed up, rescheduled for next day,again, they never showed up . Got a call and they said saturday, Saturday is here and got another call with the excuse that the truck broke down...We told them to just cancel the order...we'll buy our appliances from a smaller mom and pop store....and get better service. Lesson learned

Ordered a dryer. Was to be delivered tomorrow and then was changed to Thursday. OK I can do that. Then today delivery place calls and asks where my road is in Appleton as they cannot find it. HD put Appleton on the order instead of Hortonville. Lady at HD says she will find the order and call me back. I got busy and lost track of time so 4 hours later I call to see what is going on. New lady says they will have to cancel the order and start it all over and will not get delivery this week. You screwed up, not me why am I being punished? I angrily cancelled the order and said I would never stop foot in there again. No apology or anything. I am furious with HD. They screw up and it is our fault.

I was trying to ask an associate some questions about plumbing via phone, got hung up on at the east side location so I called the west side location and 4 times while they were transferring me to plumbing I got hung up on. Don’t waste your time with Home Depot.

Appliance delivery is embarrassingly horrible. Can't begin to explain the list of inexcusable issues. From a rotten meat covered dolly that stunk up my house, to a new fridge left in my from yard. WOW!

I would like to recognize Home Depot’s employee Andy, from the outdoor lawn department. Andy came over to assist us while loading mulch into our vehicle. We had a very pleasant shopping experience. Andy was a very positive, pleasant, and happy employee. We really enjoyed working with him and will search him out on future Home Depot visits.
