My "maintenance req'd" light came on about a month after I had my oil changed, so I figured it had something to do with that, but saw no oil leaking or physical evidence of anything obviously wrong. I asked a friend if he could look at it and he told me to go to AutoZone and ask them to check the codes. I did just that and a wonderfully kind and very helpful employee named, James H. came out to my vehicle, immediately, and checked the codes with their reader. He was able to decipher, after a little research, that I needed an O2 sensor. I explained that I wasn't getting the same gas mileage that I did when I first purchased my vehicle and that was one of the first things to look for with this part failing. He printed out the part number for me to check online to find a possibly cheaper alternative. All this was done at no cost, without me having to purchase anything. There was also zero pressure for me to purchase the part from AutoZone, although, after the prompt and considerate service I received, I will likely return and purchase the part from them. I am confident I'll go to this location for any other particular needs my car may have. They also have a very clean and organized store with a vast inventory for many special car needs not found at other stores and one fantastic employee for sure. I wouldn't take the time to write this review if I wasn't as impressed as I was. It's worth the stop. Thank you James. You made my day!

Hats Off to Tyler, the young man that helped us with a truck battery last night at 8 p.m. He was helpful, professional and so very kind and patient in helping us and explaining so so many things. What a great find in an employee. Thanks Tyler (jeff & sue griesbach)

Seriously, I was in need of a repair and couldn't wait to get it taken of, so the staff was able to put parts on for me right away. So appreciative to them for going above and beyond to help me. I'd give this store a 10 star out of 5

I was not impressed with this store at all, I did visit the store at 7:34am but I do went in and found what I wanted and walked up front and he walked by me and said "you not think that is an excuse to be rude. The doors were still locked and right before I was going to turn around a worker saw me and rolled his and slowly walked over and unlocked the door very passive aggressively (turned the lock quite hard and immediately walked away). I need something?" in a rude enough way that it caught me off guard. I asked if they had any more of the bolts I had in my hand and he said no, so I said I was ready to check out. So I was checked out and as soon as I put my card into the reader he walked away in back and I had to sit there and wait for almost 45 seconds or so for him to come back up front and hive me my receipt, which if I didn't want it I would've just walked out after the card reader said "approved". It may not sound as bad as it actually was because I can't quite convey the level of contempt I was shown and how poorly I was actually treated. Needless to say I will NEVER be stepping foot into that Autozone again at the very least and I am considering doing all my car part shopping anywhere but Autozone from now on. I do not appreciate being treated that way because you don't like your job, or your tired, or etc. I understand that people have bad days but this went significantly beyond that. I will treat you with the respect and curtesy you deserve and I expect you to at least try or fake it or something. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they had what I needed in stock.

I had an issue finding the correct A/C pro attachment to fix my A/C. After buying the wrong one, the manager let me return it and then try every connection before paying to find one that fit. Great help and service. Highly recommend!
