We recently purchased new Living Room and Dining room Furniture from the Appleton location. What a great experience! We worked with Andi; she is knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient. She listened to what we were looking for and spent time walking through the store assisting us in finding just the right look. We absolutely Love our new Furniture!!! Great quality and great staff, great customer service! They make you feel at home when you walk in the door and it follows through all the way to the delivery staff! Thank you for making our experience fun, easy and helping us make our home so beautiful!!!

On a recent trip to visit friends in Appleton, we happened into August Haven to escape the rain and we were glad to be there. What we experienced was truly incredible! No pushy salespeople, a wonderful showroom with a phenomenal array of pieces to choose from! We will keep August Haven in mind for our next purchases!

Great sales help from Sarah today! Found a dining table and chairs after she explained the different aspects of dining sets and the special features offered on certain sets. That is what really helps to make a decision- now I can’t wait to see it in my home. Steve in delivery was also very helpful in planning a delivery date. Thanks to the manager who was on site as well, but I didn’t catch her name. All in all, a great experience and I found what I was hoping for, when I didn’t think it was possible.

I was very pleased with the selection and the price structure of the furniture. More importantly Jeanette from Appleton and Green Bay was super. Customer service; exceeding customers expectations. She was a star, service, follow-up. She did them and more, she offered me coffee or water. Using the hospitality industry model: treat them as guests in your home.
