They communicated amazingly regarding our dog’s concerns and were honest about whether or not she needed to be seen same day or whether she could wait. They also were informative regarding other options for care and working with us to figure out what was the best choice for our dog.

I’m really glad we have this facility in our community. I’m not sure if our cat would have made it through the weekend without treatment. Staff was very friendly and professional.

My dog received exceptional care at WVRC-Grafton. The staff moved quickly when she needed emergent surgery. Everyone was kind and respectful.
