Very rude staff. They do not make you feel welcomed and that their time is more important than yours. I would never recommend this pharmacy or any other Walgreens.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Bridgeport Walgreens isn't much better. They continuously run out of meds that should be common stock. A prescription was sent there from an urgent care. I went to pick it up, and was told they sent it to Walmart because they were the only place getting Tamiflu in. I did not receive a phone call about this; I was told when I arrived to pick it up. I had seven minutes to get to the Walmart Pharmacy before they closed. I have told them in person, on the phone, and through the app that I need a prescription canceled. They fill it anyways. The automated phone notification system is enough to drive anyone crazy with the amount of calls it sends out. Calling in to get to the pharmacy is a nightmare itself. Do yourself a favor and do not use this pharmacy. You'll need to buy some liquor after dealing with them (which yes, they do sell that).

Got there before they "closed for lunch" (seriously?), and they wouldn't fill the prescription until after their lunch break.

I feel bad for all the employees and customers that are subjected to this poorly run store. You can tell how unhappy the staff is by the way they act. They don’t care and are rude. Your store is only as good as the management that’s there. Maybe it’s time to rethink who you having running this store.Over all the store is not well kept but the worst part is the bathroom. It’s absolutely DISGUSTING and the same poop stain has been on the wall for at least 6 months.Honestly, I thought you were in the business of helping people get better from being sick not getting people sick.I will never be back.

Waiting on hold to ask a simple question for 40 mins without even being asked to hold us rather rediculous . I even called a different Walgreens to ask how much my meds were and they couldn’t tell me really?!?

With the start of a new cold season, glad to see Walgreens has redone its vaccine appointment schedule and it is truly easy to make an appointment now!

Terrible service. The guy working in pharmacy at 10:15am, 9/23, should be fired. Never hang up on a customer. Went to Meijer and had scrip filled in 10 minutes. This is why Walgreens is closing stores.

Woman at checkout was rude and condescending to a customer.It didn't seem to matter to her that other customers were observing her inapropriate behavior.A business is only as good as it's employees.Promotional signs throughout the store can be misleading and deceptive.

The pharmacy is frequently out of stock of common medications. Pharmacists and pharmacy staff typically seem like they are grumpy and unwilling to help. Major customer service training is needed here.

Pharmacy is always slow and extremely unprofessional, this is my last time getting my medication via Walgreens in Grafton. The staff use to be kind and helpful but now it’s going downhill fast. Save your time and find a local pharmacy.

Not sure why I see so many people saying the pharmacy is bad. I've had nothing but a great experience here. They run my prescriptions through good rx before I even ask them to do so. Great pharmacy if you compare it to other walgreens in the area.
