Terrible service. The guy working in pharmacy at 10:15am, 9/23, should be fired. Never hang up on a customer. Went to Meijer and had scrip filled in 10 minutes. This is why Walgreens is closing stores.

They never have the prescription ready or never have it in stock....i am really sick of how they treat people!!! Always given the run around and never a straight answer!! Dont call to let you know if they even have the prescription or if its ready.... Seriously a sliver away from never going here again!!!

This is by far the worst walgreens in Wisconsin. It should not even get one star. There are only two technicians that are actually above and beyond. They will not answer phones they don't seem to communicate, and heaven forbid you have a rare medication because you will get the run around when they fail to check or know what they have in stocks. They blame their incompetence on drug manufacturers when they are the single problem at this location. Be prepared to be yelled at by your doctor, trying to make things easier on them when they will in no way do the same. If you try to complain to management about it, the store manager is never available and nothing has changed. I recommend any other Walgreens in the area to avoid this store like the plague. I hate to write bad reviews, but this location is absolutely horrible.

Horrible experience. As someone with a significantly compromised immune system, I went there to get my 3rd Covid-19 vaccine. I made the appointment weeks in advance, and when I got there the idiot pharmacist didn't even know the FDA ruling that moderately to severely immune comprised people DO NOT have to wait 6 months for the third Covid shot. He refused to give me the vaccine. He is putting my life in jeopardy! Plus, I'm only 5 days away from being 6 months out. Right on the Walgreens website itself, it says those of us with moderately to severely compromised immune systems only need to wait 28 DAYS after our second dose to get the third dose (see attached screen shot from the Walgreen's website). The pharmacist working today (10.01.21) needs to be fired or at the very least severely reprimanded and re-educated. Frankly, I think he simply did not want to take the time to give me the vaccine. Rude beyond belief.

Laurie made a 90 year old wait almost 2 hours to get a covid19 vaccine. She was complaining that he did not have an appointment and did not want to take out another vaccine. They advertise walk in service. She made him wait until after her scheduled appointments to give him a vaccine. She was very rude and treated him like an inconvenience.
