This shop just saved our family of 5 on our road trip to Mountain, WI from Kenosha, WI. We were about an hour in when the battery light went on and 15 minutes later we got this message on our panel ‘battery saver mode’ and we knew we had to get off fast and find somewhere to help us. We pulled into Victor’s shop at 2:45 and he looked at it and said alternator. Told us it would take 3 hours, 2 hours later we are back on the road Victor was amazing and so professional. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Highly recommend as the customer service is top notch. I went to get my emission test done and ended up running into a few obstacles that led me to get there 5 minutes before closing. When I arrived, I was told that emission testing was done from 10-noon every day, but Victor (owner) ended up making time and helping me with the emission test anyway. I also was in a part of the parking lot that was super close to another car, so he jumped in and helped me without hesitation. Just all around great service and I truly appreciate the care Victor gave. Thank you!

Terrible service, I took a vehicle for a routine checkup and they returned it with mechanical failures, I called to make the claim and they asked me to take it back, I took it three times and they never did anything to it! I had to take it to another garage so they could look for it and repair the damage they caused and they didn't want to respond. I do not recommend it.
