We had an amazing experience today with Beau at the Grafton location! We came in with questions and looking to add another phone to our plan for our son. Beau was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured us to make any decision. In the end, we walked away so happy with our purchase and our son is so excited too! Thank you, Beau! Just wanted to give a thumbs up for my service at the Grafton Verizon store. I was helped this afternoon by Kate. She was amazing and she helped me with all my issues and was patient and kind and I got everything done that I wanted Thank you to me, it feels like Christmas.

I want to thank Dean Parchia for all his excellent help today. I needed a new phone ASAP after mine was waterlogged. I had my autistic daughter with me and while she cried the whole time, Dean was excellent. He took care of us as fast as possible with the latest iPhone. Thank you, Dean! You deserve all the best!

We had a great experience at the Grafton location while upgrading my phone. Kate was very time efficient and got us in and out of the store in 40 minutes- yet answered all of our questions clearly while going over plans, phones and pricing with us. She made sure to give us her info in case we got home and had any questions. Thank you Kate for the seamless experience!

I recently wanted to purchase an iphone 13 mini from Verizon. Unfortunately but understandably they were no longer carrying the Mini so I went to the the Apple Store to purchase. My experience there was far from positive - with 3 techs working together they were not able to correctly transfer my contacts, my gmail, and more, and I left wondering who I would be able to find that would help me with this. The next day I visited Verizon not certain that they would be willing to assist as I had not purchased the phone there. Not only were they willing but I received the best customer service that I have ever had! I had the incredible good fortune to have Alan wait on me. Not only was Alan willing to assist he did so with a level of expertise and efficiency that left the Apple techs in his dust! Alan was genuinely happy to help and he did so with a kind and patient warmth allaying my fears that I was taking up too much of his time. Outstanding customer service that was, quite literally, the best I have ever experienced - by far!!

Nothing against the staff personally, Verizon service is just not that great in the Grafton area. Had to switch over to their competitor to get good reception. Do better Verizon, upgrade your towers.

My husband and I came in to buy new phones. We were very lucky to have a salesman named Soup. He was very knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. Is customer service did not stop when we walked out the door. We had some issues here and there. And when I contacted him, he immediately stepped him and went out of his way to find a resolution. This is someone that truly cares about his customers and his job. I hope verizon knows what a fantastic employee that they have with soup.
