Very sloppy looking unhealthy lazy workers. Melissa's customer service and work ethic belong at a dairy queen whipping up soft serve cones to children. Not at a united states post office.

Grafton Post Office is the SLOWEST place alive. They have no urgency for your deliveries. They hold your packages for DAYS!!! They received my entire package for my Vacation on the 6th and held it until the 14th! My vacation started on the 10th and I had to buy an entirely new wardrobe last minute due to the carelessness of Grafton Post Office.

This post office is the best in the area. I make an extra trip into Grafton when I have to go to a post office. The clerks are friendly. The carriers wave to you around town. It’s a pleasant asset to the community. Thank you Grafton Post Office.

Overall the post office crew is wonderful but "Queen" Mellissa drags down the reputation of the whole team. Melissa on several occasions has sent back our Amazon packages because they didn't have the perfect address on them. Melissa said, " I warned you #1051 that I would send them back if not perfectly addressed"! Melissa said she knew the packages were ours and could have placed in our box but that she had warned us several times...We have been trying to mitigate with Amazon and aren't intentionally playing games BUT Melissa apparently is! We will switch Post offices and are disappointed in the poor customer service. I tried talking with Melissa but she acted like a teenager in tone and rude comments in front of the New hire "Shaun SP?) so I asked form the Post Master who was very well mannered and provided good customer support.

This is the nicest post office that I have ever been inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lines move quickly. If you need to go to a post office, I would seriously recommend coming to this one.

Phone system is not effective when you want to check your local USPS to see if there is certified mail waiting for but no notice was provided.
