The people at this store are very polite and helpful. They lead me to what I could never find. Thanks Lisa. Also so friendly at checkouts. Thank you Steve for being so friendly and acknowledging the customer. Great store to shop in

It has been a really long week and I had to stop here to quick grab something to eat after work and the Pick ‘n Save is right Across the street from Burlo. The cashier was the cutest nicest kid I’ve seen in a really long time and the baker was his girlfriend. The atmosphere and the happiness and play fullness that they bring was exactly what I needed after a long day of work. This store needs to do whatever they need to do to keep these two here!

2.5 stars. This store was my go to for many many years but has gone down hill. Seems to always be in disarray. I’ve seen moldy bread on the shelves, grey looking meat, the delis hours are never as advertised. I hope they can turn things around.

Walking past today out in the lobby an employee by the name of Elizabeth very rudely said “damn customers” as a crowd of people walked by. Very unprofessional.

The manager there named Katie was so nice and went above and beyond to help me search a lost receipt that I needed to document for work. This store is also a great and clean store!

Walked into this pick n save the other day looking for some donuts and as I walked through the produce section, this guy named Joseph greeted me even though he was super busy, speedily stacking those superb watermelons. As I was walking through the store, some guy carrying a bag of lemons rushed past me and said "excuse me, man" although I could've sworn he said monke. Anyways I didn't read too much into it. I made my way to the back and saw that they ran out of donuts so I was kind of unhappy about that, so I just got some cupcakes instead. I was walking through the baking aisle and there was an Asian dude getting yelled at by a black lady saying that he accidentally ran her foot over with his wheelchair so I tried to diffuse the situation. As I was waiting in line, the guy in front of me looked like he was about to fall asleep so I had to tap him on the shoulder to tell him it was his turn. When it was my turn at the self checkout, this dude named Grant asked if I found everything okay and I said well I couldn't find any donuts and he said he apologizes for the inconvenience and that he likes fish. So we talked about fishing for a bit and about half way through our conversation this lady named Sally walked up to Grant and said errrrr and walked away, which I thought was kind of odd. Anyways, the vibe was pretty typical of a grocery store.

Sometimes out of stock on good sale items. Produce is hit or miss.

Not sending a print version of the weekly ad. What a great way to lose customers. Most of the time I shop there is because I saw the ad.

Pick n save, you've changed. For decades you were my grocery store, I've spent over $100K in your store. But since you were taken over by Kroger things have changed for the worst. Brand variety has gone way down, no more local stuff, hardly any lower cost alternatives to the big corporate brands. Then the slow removal of check out clerks, replaced by self-checkout. The last straw for me was when I had an overloaded cart and I was expected to self checkout. I don't mind if I have a few items, but this was a big order and I refused. Sorry, pick n save, but there are 2 other grocers in town that I'll go to from now on.
