An old man about 86 years old needed a jump, I jumped his car and told him his battery is dead, then I looked up the nearest place where he can go to get a new battery and installed!! I told him not to turn off his car until they test it!! He went to O'Reilly's in Grafton. Later on that day he called me up and told me O'Reilly would not work on replacing his battery because it was too difficult?? ? He said they told him go to Mides down the road, that they would do it. he Thank me for letting him know not to turn his vehicle off because he would have been stuck there. So if O'Reilly chooses on what cars to work on and what cars not to, they should not be in business of installing batteries at all!! People do not know if their car can or can't be worked on??? battery replacement ??? so this is a bad policy.

There's a warehouse hub in Milwaukee, so they can get parts that aren't stocked in the store quickly. Prices and quality very good. No hassle returns.

Brian saw me struggling to get my headlights in and came out to help me. He was so awesome and even threw my old ones away for me. He's helped me before with my windshield wipers too. Very awesome staff here!
