Friendly and helpful staff. The app is amazing! Enjoy and appreciate the rewards and coupons. You can use the app to check a price (in shop and scan), scan all your groceries before checking out, get double points, clip coupons,… it even informs you of a coupon available based on what you have scanned. I also like that they participate in flash food. Very helpful!

I will NEVER order another cake from this bakery. I made my cake order a month ago for today so there is no reason my cake should be rushed! My cake frosting was melting, cake was soggy, edible picture was moving by the time I got home (10min) I realized the whole cake had shifted. The content was as if they didn’t let the cake cool off completely before finishing. The cake flavor was disgusting ! They obviously don’t know how to properly using piping gel to put a picture on a cake. Never again!

Store has gone down hill fast. Greeter are rude. Over step their bounds. Accuse people of stealing with out a reason. Management rude and don't care. Store bathroom really dirty and smelly. Overall poor conditions with high prices. West bends store is excellent without attitude. Very nice people

EVERY TIME WITH NO FAIL products are not rung up at advertised price. Coupons are not credited. You repeatedly have to call attention to the mistakes and they have to correct them. The last time i was there the clerk knocked my gallon of milk over and it exploded everywhere..I asked him to get someone to replace it. I waited. 5 minutes. Asked again. Called to speak with store manager. Said he would be right there. 8 minutes. Nothing. Got the milk although. I left. Besides getting food poisoning from this store and their attention meat above the freeze lines in their frozen meat containers of which i reported and was ignored. I will buy canned goods and produce here but the rest you can keep. Too bad they ignored my concerns of peoples health being compromised by their breaking of food handling codes. Oh, and you get to go to the service counter if you did'nt call attention to it soon enough.
