They sent a text saying, prescription Will be ready the next day after 2pm.Well it wasn't, then was told it will be ready the following day, totally unacceptable to wait days for the medication!

Please call customers if there will be a delay on their medication, so we don't waste time driving to the store to pick it up. 1st time coming here and I will give it another shot at least before completely giving up. Good luck.

Terrible. The robot never stops calling… saying it’s filled and ready for pick up, then I get there AND ITS NOT READY! It’s been 5 days!!! Never again. Hands down the worst pharmacy to go to in the area. The people there seem confused and unsure of themselves. There’s no way I would every trust any drug advice from any of them - that I have dealt with. One last nitpick that’s less relevant is that the turn around to get to the window is poorly designed.

Similar to others, the staff tends to be rude. They take significantly longer to fill prescriptions than any other pharmacy I have been to. For my wife's previous prescription they told her it would take over an hour to fill so she left and went back two hours later only to be told that they needed another hour to fill it. For the most recent prescription they didn't have it in, so they claimed to order it for filling the next day. We received a phone call early in the morning telling us it was ready so we went up there in the afternoon and were told they didn't have it and wouldn't have it until the following day. My suggestion, use Walmart or Walgreens if you need something filled, they at least seem to care.

Lack of cashiers - I didn’t come in there tonight to check myself out - I have to ride an electric cart due to leg problems & they want me to self check out? I left a totally full cart for them to put away - bet they’ll find someone to put it all away - should be able to find one check out person.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes for my son about 2 months. I lost the bag in my house. Come to find out my husband put them in the garage. Totally our fault. Unfortunately they are no longer the right size. I took them back and they refused to do anything for me because I didn't have the receipt and it wasn't on my mperks. I simply wanted to exchange them for the right size. The manager refused to do so. No solution, not even an I'm sorry. I spend alot of money a year there but not anymore. I will not shop there again. They do not know how to treat their customers.

The store overcharged hundreds of people on May 21 and still have not reimbursed them? No one at the store can help. This is The Worst customer service I have personally seen in many years. They left a 18 year old girl to try and calm people. No manager or Director showed to assist people. Their computers kept saying the card did not go through, well 6-7 times charged later and over 1200$ in charges and overdraft fees. Still no resolution after 10 days. Contact 6 has been notified. This is rediculous

Staff are always friendly despite being busy and contending with the public. Refill system is easy to use. A good experience so far.

Staff is rude and seems bothered from getting prescriptions filled. Staff will argue and yell at customers including myself about prescriptions they had even messed up on and delayed getting to patients in need. They doubled my order (not prescribed) recently. Although they give out free prescriptions for some mediations, my son had gotten a antibiotic from them and had a rare reaction to it. Turns out a couple other kids around the same time who got that same prescription and the same reaction. Be weary on using them.

The last few times I've called I was on hold for over 20 minutes and no one ever answered. Today the same thing happened, but I added a call while on hold, called again, and a pharmacist answered. Why would a new call be answered before the one on hold? I have tried being patient with this Meijer pharmacy and the one in West Bend, especially with covid but the corporation should hire more staff as it is obviously needed. The person who helped me today was short and rude on the phone. I got accomplished what I needed but it shouldn't have had to take three phone calls and days to do.
