Once in a rare while, you run across a business that really does put the customer first. Welcome to Hollrith Realty! The people I dealt with seemed determined to make a new home for us a reality. These guys were professional and took initiative to present our previous home in a good light (thanks for advice about curb appeal). I never felt rushed; they always had time to answer questions and kept me informed of how things were going. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Will is the best realtor in the world. He listens to what you want and are looking for, is patient and kind, and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Real family guy and down to earth. Our purchase was a little complicated as we were moving from Madison and with a pregnancy and he was very very helpful and found us exactly what we wanted. Will Hollrith was wonderful to work with for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. He was very thorough and knowledgable in guiding us throughout the entire process. He paid close attention to all of the many details and deadlines - including the offer, inspection, contingencies being met, and closing. I love Hollrith Realty! Our family was faced with difficult circumstances over the last 2 years, and Will was the one I turned to for the sale of our family home, and to find us a more accessible home. We were highly successful with both, and ended up in a lovely new house. I relied on Will's experience and knowledge throughout each transaction. This past year our situation changed again, and I knew Will would be the one to help me sell the house. The market had changed, but Will stayed on top of things and delivered us a great offer. I completely trust him and am so thankful for his wisdom and hard work. I will be contacting him again when I look for my next home!
