I recently got a pair of Birkenstock sandals resoled here and I have nothing but great things to say about Heim’s! They were nice people to deal with, the repair was done quickly and the shoes look even better than when I first bought them! I highly recommend their shop !!

Every time I have been to Heim’s Shoe Store, I have always had a great experience.They are really inexpensive and don’t over charge. My go to repair shop and I prefer to give my business locally and to family owned places. They also carry quality shoes! Thanks for the excellent service!!

Quality shoe repair at very reasonable prices - and fast. This store has saved me a lot of $ over the years. I can't opine on their new shoes and prices, but they seem to have only higher quality items.

Jim & Arlene are top notch if you needed something repaired, leather or synthetic. If they can't fix it, it's worn out (past it's useful life).

Great customer service! I took a couple of sandals here to attach a few rhinestones that came off. I was very pleased with the results, and it did not cost an arm and a leg. This is now my place to go for repairs.

One of the very few cobblers left....anywhere. I've gotten multiple shoes and boots resolved here and the work has been excellent. If you are in need of specialty footwear, stop here. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am shocked that they don’t take returns on a item that was on “sale, “ sale price $70 ! They were in the box not even worn , all tags/ papers still in box , only tried on for a second ! Guess I’m out $70

Great 'Mom & Pop' shop! Nice selection of shoes, and they are reasonably priced. I took my son to get a pair of work boots, that his new job gave him a voucher for. The owner was very knowledgeable, and knew the type/style he needed right away. We,(Myself, and 2 sons), went in for 1 pair of work boots, and ended up buying 3 pairs. I strongly recommend this place vs going to a 'Big box', store. We will return when in need for a new pair.?
