This was very personalized and modified for me to be safe and ease me back into my regular workouts. I also used the professional physical therapy area of form and fitness for my first knee rehabilitation. “I visited South Beach on a daytrip to Port Washington on a weekday in October. The weather was great for a nice walk on the beach; the winds were not kicking up the water too high. I enjoyed a leisurely walk looking at the waves on Lake Michigan, the rocks and driftwood on the beach, and the bluffs. The parking lot for the beach is small, and it should be expected that it would be full on weekend day. But, one could park in the nearby Coal Dock Park and take a short walk to South Beach. It is a great spot for a picnic.”
“I joined this gym recently after hearing of their recent opening. I have a limited membership through the Silver Sneakers program, which is included in my Humana health plan.I was surprised with how friendly the entire staff was from registration through a free fitness and goal evaluation. The PT manager, Carter Lawrence, performed the eval which included a body scan and assessment. He took his time explaining the scan results and answering all my questions. The club has all new equipment and hasn't been crowded at the times I've been there.Overall, I'm impressed and plan on getting there a few times a week. I had been a long term member at Elite Fitness before the pandemic but, didn't feel motivated to reup given their pricing and change in atmosphere after being sold to a Chicago fitness conglomerate.”

Carter, Chase, Sam, and Brandon all go above and beyond to create a great experience for the members of this gym.To be honest, if you are just looking for a quiet local gym that has standard equipment so you can come in, do your workouts, and leave without being bothered--this is your kind of gym.However, by not interacting with the staff, you're missing out on the main reason why this is a 5 star gym. The staff will encourage, challenge, and hold you accountable to reach your goals if you give them an opportunity. I've been so impressed by their dedication to the members of this gym. I plan on this being my home gym as long as the Port Washington management keeps bringing in high quality staff like they currently do.”

“As a college student, the only thing I didn't like about coming home for the summer was leaving a state-of-the-art campus gym. Since starting a summer membership at Form & Fitness, however, I have been blown away by the staff's support and helpfulness (especially trainers Aneka, Mike, & Jeremiah). Coming from a gym attended by tens of thousands of students, I appreciate how close-knit and judgement-free the F&F community is, as this definitely eases my gym anxiety. Personally, walking into the gym every day and seeing the same people there gives me a sense of much-needed comfort when physically pushing myself outside of my comfort zones. From a more materialistic standpoint, the bathrooms, locker rooms, and equipment are always clean. I've always been able to find an open squat rack, bench, cable, etc. I couldn't recommend this gym enough (currently in the process of convincing my brother to come here!).”
