Don't go here. I certainly won't.
My wife decided as a birthday present to me this past weekend, that she'd take my car that needed a good cleaning here as a surprise birthday present.
She paid the extra $100 for stain removal as well as a full service clean for the inside and outside of the car.
The estimate is that it'd take about 1 hour. After that hour was finished and my wife was able to see the car, they did not do the stain removal and there was still dirt and bug debris on the front of the car as well as some other areas on the outside.
So they "reran it through the wash" a 2nd time and then did the stain removal, as the technician "didn't realize that had been paid for".
After an additional hour to make up their mistakes (so a little over 2 hours total), bug and dirt debris was still on the outside of the vehicle alone with some gunky looking smudges and all visible stains inside the car were still just as visible as they were when it was brought in. Nothing changed. These stains aren't even heavy stains and the largest one was a little water stain on the front passenger seat that if they steamed it, would have come right out.
Additionally, I still have bug debris, dirt/mud, and smudges all over my car on the outside. Dust is still present in many spots of the inside of the vehicle, pet hair that wasn't vacuumed, and the best part: They didn't touch the trunk even though they said that was included with the service, so it's still dirty.
All in all, i've seen middle school kids that need an extra buck or two work harder and do a better and more efficient job than this place did. I don't know if it was that the worker didn't care about their job, are inexperienced, or if this is just how things go here, but either way, terrible service and performance.
Would NOT recommend to anybody, except a recommendation to stay far, far away.

FSCW Grafton was excellent! They did a fabulous job cleaning out my car. It looked amazing afterwards. I wish there was an ATM in the building though.

Very simple and nice car wash. Friendly staff, they provide dash wipe, air freshener clip, towels and spray. What more could you ask for from a car wash ?

I like this car wash but they are closed for some reason every time I have tried to go the past 5 times and I go during business hours. I pay monthly for a membership and I can’t even get my car washed……
