I purchased a new set of tires for a brand new car. They installed, and 4 months later I returned for the included tire rotation (6k miles). They called me and said they couldn't complete the rotation because one wheel stud was stuck. They blamed ME for the frozen lug, and returned the car back to me.
Later I found out they had cross threaded the lug when they originally replaced the tires and didn't say anything. According to them, this was "a common occurrence with Subaru's". I ended up replacing the stud myself at my own cost. Owned Subaru's for 20+ years, never has this happened before. Never taking my car back there again, even for the free "included" tire rotation.

The Worst!!!!! Had to buy 4 tires (1 was flat). Called after tired showed issues, 3 times in a row. Kept adding air. No fix. Went in today and guy gave me the excuse of excuse. People are out, covid, blah blah blah. So much for warranty and what not. Went home called Geico. Fixed tire....stay away from Costco, waste of $$$$ no customer service whatsoever!!!

Rude every single time we come there. Never fails. Won't bore you with my long story but just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I like Costco but this crew in the tire center leaves a lot to be desired.

I bought tires here, so tire balance, repair, and air pressure are free.

I did it! I joined Costco! After much convincing by all of my Costco-loving friends, I'm now in the club. And hey $60/year for the standard membership (which is all I need), is way less than I thought it was going to cost. Bulk-shopping will definitely take some getting used to. You feel like you're spending sooo dang much (and you are), but because it's all in bulk, there really are savings happening. My husband and I were shook at our bill on our first trip, but had to remind ourselves how long all of the goods will actually last us. So far, we've really only gone for nonperishables. We're a family who eats majority fresh/whole foods, but there are certainly cases you need shelf items. We have a camping trip coming up and we got lots of good snacks, drinks, and frozen goods to bring along. I was pleasantly surprised by the great brand options that have quality ingredients (you gotta take the time to search for them though). It's important to me to eat cleaner, and feed my kids this way, so I was very happy to see this variety to choose from. We didn't venture much into the meat/produce section so we'll have to explore that in the future. As for other items on site, like household products, kitchen items, clothing, electronics, and appliances... yeah there are some stellar deals here. We noted that we'd look here for our next TV that we'll be in need of soon. Honestly, I'm really not a fan of the vibe/atmosphere of huge box stores like this, as it just feels a bit cold, dingy, and always packed with people, but that's just what you get when you're shopping wholesale... so I'll take the benefits over the negatives. Look forward to exploring more good finds during our future visits.

Road Hazard is a way to get more money from you. If a tire gets punctures they always say it is not repairable. A tire used for 10k miles would cost you 90% of the price you payed to install it new with Road Hazard. If you fix a puncture somewhere else (Costco has tire centers only in big cities) they refuse to do the "free lifetime tire rotation"

This place is fantastic and the prices are amazing. I needed a tire repair on Xmas eve and called them in the morning. Tom, Sean, and Andrew were able to get me in and repair my issue so I could make the 5+ hour trip home. Great service!

Everything is wonderful, well in stock, and always some wonderful ew goodies to be found. The parking lot is full but never crammed inside. Checkout lanes are fast.

I find having a membership well worth it. The staff, with the exception of the often rude, dense people at the front customer service counter, are always friendly and usually helpful when you can't find something. When I do end up with a defective product, they always take it back. The pharmacy is excellent. I wish they would discontinue the free samples; it's been so nice during Covid not to have that going on. One thing that kept me from joining for years was the memory of waiting forever in line at Sam's Club. While it can get busy at Costco on weekends, they do seem to move the lines fairly quickly. The selection is fantastic and I save quite a lot buying in bulk. The meat is by far much better quality than at grocery stores.

I just want to offer thanks again to Costco for staying the course on their Coronavirus response ... even as much of the rest of the country gets a bit wobbly. Costco's efforts include proactive social distancing for guests and employees, special shopping hours for seniors and special-needs folks, and giving priority access to Healthcare Workers and First Responders. We appreciate all these efforts, and it has increased the frequency of our Costco shopping trips ... notwithstanding the fact it ain't all that convenient here in urban Milwaukee! We will also continue to give the Costco in Grafton more of our business in the future as payback for their efforts.

I have had several tire plugs done at this location. Each time the process has taken 1 1/2 to 2 hours- with an appointment. The staff are condescending when ever I have returned to pick up my car. They seem to do a good job, but not worth the trouble.
