I was sold a faulty tire sensor and went to get my guaranteed warranty. The problem is they couldn’t find me in the system by my phone number which they should have taken down correctly. I was out of a part and money. They were very unprofessional. I felt discriminated against.

I went to Auto Zone check engine light was on Ethan ,scanned it found it was a misfire, showed me which plug needed to be replaced. I replaced it problem solved. Ethan was great! Thanks Auto Zone.

I went and bought new headlights and new high beam lights. Steven and the young lady with red hair were very helpful, kind,and very knowledgeable about my old 2005 car. I really appreciated what they did for me. I will always go to the Grafton location. Thank you so much. You made my day.

I bought a lot of things from AutoZone Milwaukee on Layton and 108th Street ask for call Chris he's 6 ft 5 I've always had very good prices and very good service I also go to West Bend Wisconsin and I've had very good service and very good prices there too

Threw a code on a road trip from Colorado and stopped in here for a scan. Josh was exceptionally knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. Had us back on the road in a few minutes with some BOGO fuel additive and useful info for the future. Can’t thank Josh enough!

Really grateful for the help. My battery died and we had to change it out in the parking lot. Steve was very supportive even though he was the only one working. The store borrowed us all the tools we needed to do the job.
