Wish there would be an option to speak to someone during business hours- per your website this store is to open at 8:30- it is now 8:52 and still get messaging with NO option to speak to a human!!!

Unfortunately my experience today was less than satisfactory. The woman who managed my appointment lacked professionalism and made the entire experience very uncomfortable and strange. It was more peculiar due to the fact this same person managed an appointment of mine last year, and presented great customer service at that time. This time, she had a miserable expression on her face, didn't greet me, and presented zero customer service. She had issues with every piece of equipment she used, which can happen. She even threw my photos at me. Yes. She threw them.Due to her technical difficulties, I reached out to a neighboring AAA office to verify the validity of my paperwork issued by the woman at the grafton location. The neighboring office then called the grafton office to let her know about my phone call......The woman at the grafton office then called me to ask me if I had a problem......At which point she just kept repeating that she has a lot going on at her office and that's why she acted that way....the whole process today has been extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. ..There is no excuse for lack of professionalism...people who interact with customers need to be able to separate their issues from their work and treat all customersequally....or they shouldn't report to work.....just, yuck.

They stepped in where other branches of AAA FAILED . Wish the Grafton office could train other offices .I wish there was more coordination withAAA and their sub-contactors
