Today, I picked up an order from this location that I had placed online. I also had an in-store coupon to redeem, which I was unable to apply while placing my online order. The young woman who helped me was able to give me my items with the online pricing AND applied my coupon discount ( all adding up to a $7 savings).
She was very helpful and a delight to encounter at this Walgreen's. I apologize for not getting her name...(you will recognize her by her distinctive nasal jewelry.)

Drive thru pharmacy line is long due to slow service. Walk in pharmacy line is just as long. More people are needed in the pharmacy. The store is stocked relatively well. Check out lines aren’t bad.

This place is terrible! Walgreens had an issue with my insurance, and the pharmacist was not helpful. Also, he lied and was rude and unprofessional. I had to call the insurance company to resolve the issue. These technicians will lie, and they are irresponsible, too. I have a feeling that management does not care about how this place runs. On 2/10/2024, I continue to have issues with this pharmacy, and I think it is time for an investigation with the State Board of Pharmacy. Honestly, some of the things that happen here fall below the standards of care.

Absolutely the worst services, staff at photo counter and the pharmacist are the worst. They all seemed to do not care at what they do, they all seemed cranky and pissed off at everything. They walked away , they hung up the phone on you, looking quite young teenage pharmacist was so rude , it always a long wait even though you got a call with voicemail left on the phone to let you know your prescriptions are ready , but once you arrived, it’s another an hour wait . Walgreens either didn’t pay the staff well enough or didn’t train them good enough, or both. Such a terrible place, especially some people are old, and I witnessed another young Pharmacist was so mean and rude to that one elder lady while I was there standing in line , they were mean and rude to everyone, but I just felt bad for the elders, they reacted slower, they responded slower.

I don’t understand how a trained pharmacist cannot read a prescription so hold up my medicine because u have to call my doctor for their penmanship!!! And on top of that I come back to get my meds through the drive through and the lady just sits there like she doesn’t see a car sitting there waiting for service with an attitude! Never again very rude and unprofessional location would not recommend

Poor customer service. So when I picked up my prescription upon refill, I had asked the technician if she could transfer the prescription for me and she told me to reach out to that Walgreens myself because “it would be easier”. That was no problem. On my next refill, I called the other Walgreens that I wanted my prescription sent to and I got an automated message saying “line is disconnecting” and it disconnected. After trying a couple more times I decided to call this Glendale location to ask for assistance and I got Armando. When I told him of my situation, he not once said “sure I can help you with that” but proceeded to ask my information in a disgruntled or bothersome tone (god forbid I was asking someone to do their job) and before he can get all of my prescription information to him, he immediately said that the same thing would happen to him that happened to me and that there was nothing more that he could do. When I told him that he was providing me poor customer service, he called me rude and hung up on me. I will be working with a different company because this location CONSTANTLY gives poor (don’t bother me) type of customer service. Extremely rude people work here and this was my last straw. Thank you Armando for sending me to a different pharmacy.

Today is 11/9/23 at 8:21pm and the sign on the drive-thru window says "due to staff shortage the drive-thru is closed", but the staff that are in there, are just standing there talking. Now, I get it the whole world is short staff, but really. Two days ago, I come pull up and the system is down so the pharmacy is closed but once again they're in there talking. This used to be my favorite Walgreens.

Monday night about 5:15 PM. I went to pick up a post surgery medication. I found a hand written not on the door stating Temporary Closed! Unbelievable..

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. I refilled my prescription on Saturday (which should have been automatically refilled). My husband went to pick it up and it was not ready. So, I verified that it was ready in the app. Then, he went to pick it up again and it was still not filled. They told him to come back in a half an hour, so I called to see what the issue was. I was frustrated, but the woman was so rude to me and did not take any accountability for their mistakes. She hung up on me. So, I called back to discuss the situation with a manager. The woman said 'I am the manager'. Doubt it, because she has not had customer services training. She called me rude, would not listen to me, would not accept any accountability in Walgreens mistake, and hung up on me a second time. Do not recommend. We will not be coming back to this location. Absolutely vile service.

Went in today as a family to get vaccinated. Were able to make a "group" appointment online. We had to wait a while, but the pharmacy was very busy (seems like it may have been understaffed, I felt for everyone working - they were all very kind and doing their best). My 11-year-old daughter became faint after her flu shot and everyone in the pharmacy was so nice. One woman on the staff in particular made sure she had orange juice and kept an eye on her. I felt very well cared for and would visit this pharmacy again. Happy to be vaccinated and thankful for the folks at Walgreens who are now charged with community health in addition to regular pharmacy services.
