GET YOUR GIFT CARD/PROMOTION IN WRITING! They were supposed to issue 2 $540 gift cards for us porting over 2 phone numbers. When the email never came I called customer service and they said that promotion was not available at the time but they want to apply $15.00 per month for 36 months for each line and that equals $1080. How many people do you think they got to port over this way? Good luck!

Very disappointed! We were told that we would receive gift cards/promotional $540 for switching over our 2 lines and to wait about 6 weeks. 8 weeks later I call to figure out what’s going on. They said it’s no such promotion. I was told I could use the money on my bill, or to upgrade our phones. They even said it could be used on any Verizon in store products. All lies. I’m contacting management! Customers are being tricked and lied to for sales. To make the switch sound better. Unacceptable! 2 other people witnessed this total deception!

The so called free business internet upgrade to 5G for existing business customers is not free as the salesperson told me. After reading the contract a $90 per month charge starts the following billing period. You will loose me as a 20 year customer if this lie is not rectified.Spectrum is looking pretty good right now.

I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years since 1997, spent so much money with Verizon. Walked in with my daughter to the Bayshore location to have them install a new screen protector for my daughters phone. Cintia the store Manager told me it would be a 45 minute wait and $30 for someone to install it. I thought she was joking, this is the type of customer service that turns into terrible word of mouth. She told me to call corporate which I did. All they were able to do was notate my account and said to go back into the location. After 25 years I am contemplating trying a new provider…

A few weeks ago, I went to the Verizon store at Bayshore Mall for help with an issue on my phone. The manager, Mo, & associate, Julius, were not only incredibly helpful, but they were also very kind when helping me. Mo & Julius displayed a great deal of knowledge about Verizon & provided exemplary customer service/support.

Very professional and helpful. I always go to this location as i find answers to all my questions and receive a fantastic service. I have referred more than four people there to get their new lines and switch to Verizon. The salesperson there sat with us for a whole time helping us with every single question and never got tired of us but instead we were actually having fun talking to him

The store manager told me that he does not care that I was made to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, or that I have children at home to who I need to get back to. He ranted about how, it being a pre-launch week, there are too many customers for him to care about the appointments. I hope that carma catches up with him and he gets the same treatment when he make appointments at the dentist's or a doctor's office, or even when making reservations at the restaurant. I was seen 30 minutes past the appointment time. Alexandro, the sales person, was very nice, hence one star.
