Wyatt Thies, Store Manager, is excellent and is very customer friendly. He listened attentively, answered all of my questions, and educated me on product features that I found very helpful. He also made sure that I was completely satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend both him and his store at Glendale, WI, to others.

Belinda was great! She was super patient and helpful while I tried on different glasses and made the entire experience smooth. Would definitely go back here next time I need new glasses and recommend working with Belinda!

Horrible experience!!! They messed up my order. When I went to get my glasses, it was a totally different pair of what I had ordered. Then the guy at the store placed a new order for me, it’s been more than 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my glasses.I do not recommend this place to anyone0/10 experience
