“One Storage Storage has Great prices, the units are nice. The staff responds right away if there is a concern. It is safe,there are security cameras, and a keyad entrance into the garage areas. There is an elevator to move between floors. It is great you don't have to deal with the weather outside while moving your belongings, because the inside is temperature controlled. My only concern is that they used to have like 3 carts to help you load your items ,since I'm on the 3rd floor, i need them. Now, I cant seem to find any. I don't know if people re taking them, But They Need to get More ASAP. other than that, I really like using One Stop Storage.”

“The onsite property manager actually listened to all of our needs first before just jumping in to secure the lease... She then gave options, listened to us, then listened again to narrow down what was available... She gave packing tips (for the storage), thouroughly & patiently walked us through the facility. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone else in need of storage”
“For posted hours the office is technically open, however, keep in mind the store register cashes out about 30minutes prior. We had a storage unit to pick up here and were unable to pay after 530pm because we were notified the drawers cash out at that time and the remaining 30 minutes the associates are cleaning up/wrapping other things up. If you need anything financial to take care of that requires you to be in person would recommend to keep this in mind. I spoke with Heather and she was informative and professional. Thanks Heather”

That's until I walked in the front door, and was greeted by Katie. She made an extremely stressful situation simple. Matter of fact by the time I left the office I had a smile on my face, and so did my wife! She was amazing, and she was right! We will find the perfect house for our family!
