The two young ladies helped me find the correct shoe size. I was going to get these in a size 11. Instead, I got a ten in a half. I wished they had a T-shirt or shorts to match the shoes. They did have a sports bra, but I wasn't interested in that. It's cool, though. Friendly young ladies and helpful. Will definitely come back

Don’t go here!!! They will lie to you!!Called ahead to ask about even exchanging an item I received as a gift. The gal who answered was very positive & welcoming. I was super impressed & excited to come in and get the correct sizing.Upon my arrival I walked in, wasn’t greeted. The store rep informed me they don’t do that… I informed the guy I just talked to someone… then a gal with purple hair was super friendly explaining the only option was to return for a in store gift card. Keep in mind I am 100% okay with that. Then a dark haired gal comes over and tells me I am being rude about this since it wasn’t their items they sold. I calmly explained this is a GIFT not something I purchased. I just want to exchange the items and get the correct sizing. She then told me due to my attitude (that I didn’t have) I need to leave. I kindly asked if there was another location that was more accommodating or if we could swap the item as an even exchange. They said no.So $195 value of unused items in a sealed back then would only give back $30 due to the “lowest sale price” ???

I came into the store and wanted to purchase a pair of shoes, I kindly asked for a size and the employee said they don’t have any in that size. So I asked what sizes they do have and she wouldn’t tell me. They gave me three guesses for a size, which resulted in me leaving with out making a purchase. The staff was very unhappy and not willing to help. It’s unbelievable how at this store you can’t ask what sizes they have in a shoe. If a shoe is on display for customers I should be able to ask for any size in any shoe I want no matter what the shoe is. This is one of many bad experiences I’ve had at this store, one time they wouldn’t let me buy two pairs of shoes. If you don’t want people buying the shoes then don’t display them. Overall this store is horribly managed and has horrible staff. Therefore I will never be coming back to this store and I’m switching to only adidas shoes. Nike is too high over their heads. If I could I would put 0/5 stars.

I placed an order online for pickup. It's OK that it wasn't ready within 30 minutes. However, the fact staff would rather stand there on their phones rather than go look if it's even in stock is the issue. Lazy. I'll price match and order from another business.

Never come here manager with long black hair was super rude to me and also to another costumer while I was there. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a manager. Great staff i feel bad for them for working under her. Never coming back.
