I was just buying a new phone and trying to activate, however straight talk -the worlds worst phone company- could not activate my phone. Will and Shawn were there with me the whole time trying to help me as much as they could. I just want to say I appreciate all the help and to let you know that I cut ties with straight talk and am now with Verizon.
