“Malik was incredibly professional. Because we were transferring a line from a consumer account to a business account, he needed to call att to complete the process. His patience was better than anyone I've ever dealt with especially considering the fact that he was hung up on the first time, the second person who helped was unsuccessful at completing the transfer and he had to explain himself three separate times.
