I am part of one of the first residential installs. They were very friendly throughout the install process of laying down fiber. They went the extra mile to plant grass and smooth out the area where they put the fiber in the ground. Customer service has been great with following up and making sure that I am happy with the service. If you are able I'd recommend switching over from your existing provider!

We had been without reliable internet in our neighborhood, until Midwest Fiber undertook a residential build of fiber internet in our area—thanks to MFN, we now have top tier internet, at an affordable rate, and in a location even outside the major towns! We could not be happier with their timely and friendly service.

Midwest cant uphold to their contractual obligations when it comes to overnight maintenance! If you are stuck on th heir fiber without s second option you are doomed
