Todd was very helpful. The shoes I wanted were no longer in stock anywhere but he worked to find that out when the website wasn't showing accurate information. He also followed up with me in a timely fashion, I had to leave to do some work and he let me leave a phone number.

I stopped by Journeys to pick out some comfortable shoes for my boyfriend, and Mark was incredibly helpful. He assisted us in finding the perfect size and made the whole process quick and easy. Excellent service! We'll definitely be back.

Great store, employees, friendly helpful and prompt They didn't have the slip on that was looking for but still found an alternative pair. :) Haaa! I went in looking for an all black pair but left with a flower printed shoe. He knew the store, inventory was assisting in the training of a new employee and did a great job!
