I'm upset and you should be too. I entered the store... 2 white female employee's near register putting \\\"go backs\\\" away. No acknowledging myself (asian) no acknowledging the (muslim) family that entered right after us. We are a few feet from register and another customer walks in (white male with a white female companion) you hear employee's greet them and ask them how they are doing...for a company who is all inclusive this did not sit well with me...i understand that this may just be 1 gap store and 1 person's outlook but we customer's are listening and hope you show the same customer hospitality to ALL! Gap has great deals at the moment...40% off clearance ;)

So yesterday was my second time inside the Gap store at Bayshore. I had an item to return that hadn't fit. And the return was very easy. No problems at all. And the store employees worked hard to find and locate the next size up that I had needed. It had actually been on the mannequin!Then I had browsed the store to see what else they had.I do love their clearance racks at the back of the store. They have great deals back there and then there is extra off too! So the savings really add up.The dressing rooms here are open too. And the employees like to check to see how you are doing, which is a nice touch.One thing I like about the store is they have stuff that actually fits me. When you generally wear an XS it can be hard to find stuff that fits, especially in the waist. Most stuff is just too baggy! But not here.Oh and there are no annoying smells in these Gap family stores. That is a big plus in my book! As I am sensitive to smells.

I went in this location multiple times because I like gap clothes and cause I have a credit card with them. Every time I go in this location Nobody speaks to me , Ask me for help nothing and I've been here about five times. I'm to the point now I just do to see if somebody says hi. The six time I went in there omg somebody spoke, btw they have an all white staff accept one black girl working there and she's the only person that's ever said anything to me outside of when I'm buying something. She was so helpful even though I have a credit card with them and she signed me up for extra points to get extra money off nobody's never ever done that before and took the time out. This place has horrible customer service, they pick out who they wanna talk to it's really f***** up.
