I am impressed with the professionalism and customer service provided today by Linda. She remained positive dealing with an irritable employee as well as customer at the same time. The ambiance is always inviting and comfortable. She was responsive, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Nothing short of amazing , you go Linda ! She makes the commute worth it .

8/13/2024: This is an updated review because it will not let me enter a second one and yes, this is really true. Nobody has asked me to give a review. I'm just so impressed that when I returned back to the bank 3 days later, I once again received Top Notch customer service. This time from Linda, who was very pleasant, especially considering that the customer before me at her window was " challenging" to say the least. Yet, Linda still kept smiling and trying to pleasantly explain things to that customer. When it was my turn at Linda's window, she was (still) smiling and we had a pleasant interaction. I am very happy to be a Chase Bank customer at the branch in Glendale Wisconsin
8/10/2024: Afrikaa is a very pleasant associate and an asset to Chase Bank. She answered all my questions thoroughly and has a beautiful smile and demeanor and is very knowledgeable. What an asset to Chase Bank.

I usually go to the Chase bank in Brookfield, but I stopped here since it is closer to work. Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with a dispute regarding a check that was cashed and Africa was so helpful and extremely understanding of my frustration. I will definitely be coming back here to do my banking. All the bank tellers are awesome! I really appreciate all their help and kindness.

Very unhappy with Chase. They are nice when they want to help you with "wealth management." Their knowledge in their other products, such as joint checking accounts, is severely lacking. They turned me off of doing any kind of investing with them and I decided to just maintain the minimum for my accounts.The main positive is that they have locations everywhere and their online banking works well.

This will be applied to 3 locations Mequon, Glendale and Foxpoint locations. I needed to close a First Bank account and open a youth checking for my daughter to get direct deposit from her new job. Out of all those locations no one had enough staff to do it but wanted me to schedule an appointment for Monday. The 3 stars isn't for customer service, but intead for inconvenience, these are basic services that should not require an appointment to complete.

Afrikka is one of the best and nicest tellers I have ever met, this is the only chase location I go to now. They’re reliable, kind, and so positive. Ignore the other low reviews.

I love personal banking again because of this location. The service here is outstanding ! Everyone will go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of and quickly. Never have I seen so many desk/banker employees willingly pop up to the counter to help when busy. Also they are great with special bill requests and foreign currency purchases. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
