Listen John h is a wonderful salesman ! Came and test drove a 2019 Mercedes almost took it home but regardless everyone treated us with respect was very polite knowledgeable. Update :went back to purchase the Mercedes John Joe and staff was amazing ! Very happy with purchase and service will most definitely recommend and shop again ! What a great shopping experience thank you guys .

Let me start off by saying that this was the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle online - sight unseen. And probably the last... There were some pretty substantial issues with the on-line description and reality. If I would have purchased the car in person, I would have addressed them. Unfortunately, I did not discover anything until the car was dropped off in my driveway.
Overall, I am very happy with the car that I purchased and the service provided by Erick Dekker was exceptional from start until even after the car was paid for and delivered.
Most companies stop caring about their customers once they get your money. Not Erick and not BMW of Milwaukee North. Excellent ownership and customer service!

I came in and had service done. While I was waiting John came up and asked if I wanted to test drive a new BMW while I was waiting and of course I happily accepted. He was really nice and although Im not in the market to buy a car, I was sold if I was. Really nice salesman and seems to be very knowledgeable about BMW. Come in and see John Hayes even if its just to test drive a new car or SUV

My wife and I purchased a used car from BMW of North Milwaukee this spring. Our sales representative was Erick Dekker. Erick provided us with a very pleasurable buying experience. There was no high pressure selling, and he went above and beyond to allow us to inspect the vehicle. After the purchase, we had a minor issue, but Erick once again helped us come to a positive conclusion. We would highly recommend Erick and BMW of North Milwaukee.

Visited this dealer for the first time to purchase my wife her BMW X5.
Really appreciated that Joe Carpenter personally came to review every aspect of taking possession of the car and closing the deal. Very professional and on top of every detail.
Christine Chen, again, very professional. She quickly and concisely laid out the full financial transaction. She followed up in the days following the deal to make sure I had all needed docs and understanding.
Would def but here again with no hesitation.

5⭐️ service department! Jake will go above and beyond to make sure everything is done thoroughly and correctly.
After working with the attached collision center, there were some rattling noises caused by disassembly and reinstallation of parts. Jake made sure to do everything he could to make sure to solve the problem, returning my car back to pre-accident condition.
I’d further like to point out response time is impeccable, dealing with a very large volume of vehicles on a daily basis you will never feel like just another random number. Each encounter with any employee is extremely pleasant. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Dealership is beautifully decorated, people are great, services are excellent. Best part of this establishment is Ahmad, their GM, amazing to work with: works pretty much 24/7, attentive, very professional. This facility is highly recommended!

I just want to thank Todd Enea in the BMW parts department for his impeccable customer service. Before speaking with him I had spent the last 3 months trying to track down an output shaft nut on an unknown transmission through other dealerships etc. Todd took the necessary time to do the research with me over the phone and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I can't thank him enough. To whoever is above Todd, I strongly believe he deserves a raise for his amazing customer service and outstanding ability to go above and beyond for the customer.

They had the vehicle online for $2500 less than when they wrote up the paperwork. BEWARE OF this dealership!! They almost got me to sign paperwork until I look over 3 times a d saw they upped the price of vehicle acting like they were giving me more money for my trade.... I was wondering why the price never changed. They kept on trying to let them get me financing.... ALWAYS HAVE YOUR OWN FINANCING PRIOR TO GOING TO THESE DEALERSHIPS!! If they finance you at the dealership they add more percentage to your deal without you knowing!! This dealership will never get my business!! I emailed the general manager for an answer as to why they tried to RIP me off 3 weeks ago..... CRICKETS!! I'm still waiting!

The overall purchase process is extremely smooth once decided on the vehicle. This was my first financed BMW, after months of looking for the right car I found it here and came up from Chicago to pick it up. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase at BMW Milwaukee North.

Waited 6 months for a special order, they ordered the wrong options and color didn't even bother to tell me. Just strait lied until I called them out for it. I can no longer get the car due to a model change and they clearly did not care about selling me the vehicle I ordered. I spent 6 months clarifying these options and being told it was no problem and everything is on track with a 5 grand deposit down and still was blown off at the end. (2 week edit) I had called BMW north America and a separate sales broker and both of them said I was still able to order the individual color I had wanted. Between the missing options and wrong color and being told a lie by the sales manager made it clear this was done intentionally. Likely in order to sell it from under me to another customer in mind if I had to guess.
I've got 2 other friends who've also had problems with their sales manager lying or trying to push off another car on someone that they've clearly expressed they didn't want.
2 weeks later update: had to call again because the sales manager who said he was going to refund my deposit and mail it back to me lied again (not suprisingly). I had to call back another time in order to get my money back. Thankfully the only competent salesman in the entire dealership, Alex, had to do the work his manager promised to do but deliberately didn't do. They would have kept my money forever if I didn't call them out for it.
also to note. No response from the owner (only my review) about the actions of his management makes it clear that anyone looking to purchase a custom order vehicle that you should stay clear from this place.
