This was our first time, and Betsy walked us through what to expect, timelines, how things work, etc. Betsy clearly has experience, as she would point out pros and cons to each property that I hadn't even considered. Betsy helped us find our "forever home" in Shorewood where we are looking forward to many years of family happiness. We were shopping at an extremely competitive time when very little was available on the market. Betsy was very patient with us during this difficult decision-making period. We looked at a lot of homes, we changed our minds several times, and we even considered buying a house that would need a complete renovation--Betsy never got frustrated or pressured us to make up our minds--she stuck with us the whole time and asked all the right questions when we needed a nudge. When we finally found the right one, Betsy helped us jump on it immediately with a solid offer and we got it. It was a very stressful time for us, but also resulted in a huge reward, one in which we've had zero regrets. Betsy helped us make all the right decisions. This was our third home purchase--we've worked with good realtors in the past, but Betsy is next level!

Betsy is an amazing realtor and human all around! As first time homebuyers, she made the process painless and easy. We were about to give up on the idea of purchasing a home in 2021. We ended up chatting with her for a bit, we told her what we were looking for and the next text I get from her is this cute ranch home. Here we are 2 years later loving every bit of homeownership! Our dogs are very thankful for the no-leash life in their fenced in yard. ? We are so grateful and lucky that our paths crossed.

Not only did she help us get our house on the market quickly but she was able to sell it just as fast. She gave great advice, has helpful connections to get the services you need and she went above and beyond doing a million little things to help along the way - including mailing us the stuff we accidentally forgot in the house after we moved!
