“I had to wait about 10 minutes for a Service Advisor to check me in; they were huddled up discussing something while another customer and I waited. Once they dispersed, "Derek" quickly and efficiently took care of me. The waiting room is quiet and has spots where one can get away from the TV, etc. The work was completed more quickly than promised. They changed the procedure for check-out since the last time my car was serviced, so that was a little surprise, but I was quickly on my way. The invoice was confusing, and I thought there was a mistake. It took two calls a week apart to reach my Service Advisor, since he didn't respond to the message I left on his voicemail; while talking with him, I realized the mistake was mine, and the invoice was correct. The car has been great since the service was performed.”

The beam showed up December 1 2023. This company was easy to deal with, professional and helpful and more importantly delivered exactly what I ordered.”
