Went in to open a new checking and savings account 45 minutes before closing time. No clients in the lobby, none in the drive through. Apparently none of the 7 people doing literally nothing could help me. So I went across the road to Landmark Credit Union and was in and out in less than ten minutes. The staff at Associated had a nasty attitude and pretty much acted like they didn't want nor need my business. This is why I will always prefer credit unions over banks. Suck it Associated Bank.

Unethical to charge $7 monthly maintenance fee for hsa account. Will never use this bank again. Highway robbery.

I have been using this bank for over 10 years. All my children (7) used to have Custodial accounts. The staff were always patient and helpful. I would be greeted by name as I entered!

I just have to say that I'm appalled at the type of service at this branch, dealing with the death of a loved one is difficult enough, but when you are confronted with individuals that are unkind and unhelpful in regards to customer service it makes it even worse. After speaking with the corporate office I did confirm that I had brought in all of the correct paperwork in order to complete my transaction, including the death certificate, living will , and proper identification for myself. The initial gentleman that helped me was quite nice, but I have been waiting in line for sometime because the other teller (who apparently is in management as he was the one that made the decision not to complete the transaction ) was having a very long personal conversation. Associated Bank in general has been very understanding and conscientious in regards to the estate issues, I just feel like this branch may have issues.
