As always, Nick and his staff did a stellar job repairing the 4 dents on our Subaru Outback. It looks like a brand new car.and they even buffed out the headlights! Over the years they have worked on my Acura TLX & you would never know it had been repaired. Nick & his people are experts & always go the extra mile. Nick and his team are very professional and the experience of the paintless dent removal went very smooth. I was able to text pictures of the dent my son put in my brand new truck and Nick texted back within 10 minutes with a quote. I brought my truck in the next day for the repairs, they provided me a free loaner and by noon I received a text telling me the repairs were completed. They did a great job and the cost was very fair. The whole experience was very good and the repair looks great.

Nick and crew did awesome work. Responsive to my inquiry from the start, prompt communication leading up to my appointment and during my hood dent repair, and great customer service for a reasonable price. Much more responsive and interested in my business than their competitors. They have earned a customer for life!

My wife and I have been going to Acci-Dent for 15 years now. Our first encounter with Nick, Mike, Tim, and the rest of his outstanding crew, had us hooked forever. The way they made us feel when we experienced our first fender bender allowed us to relax and the detail of the repairs outweighed any anxiety we had about the job being done right. The up to date knowledge of all the facets of automotive paints, metals, and repair techniques makes it hard to believe that it’s in our own backyard. The quality of the repairs was so exquisite that we drove with confidence knowing that if anything were to happen again, we “had a guy”. We were in amazement when we received our first bill because the low price did not match the flawless work they put into repairing our vehicle. We now visit Acci-Dent even when we haven’t had an accident. They have made our mediocre cars look like custom creations and people see the difference, instantly. We will never take our vehicles to the dealership or ANY other repair shop, for that matter. If Acci-Dent can’t do it, then it shouldn’t be done. End of.

I wish I could leave a better review, because the actual paint job was fine, but their lack of response to phone calls and emails, and the repair that is still unfinished several weeks later makes this impossible. We needed work on both our front and back bumpers, because of separate incidents, and despite asking several times for separate estimates, they sent us a single one. I called and emailed them, and after waiting several more days, called again. They finally sent separate estimates (which were reasonable) so we made an appointment. The connections on both bumpers had been broken above the wheel wells. I mentioned this to several employees, including Tim, the paint manager. They promised that they would fix this, and the estimates included "repair." When I went to pick up the car, the back bumper was fixed, but the front bumper was still loose. I noted this, and they said that they would order the clips and let me know when they could complete the work. I haven't heard from them since then. After one week, I emailed them to find out when they could complete the work that we had contracted, but they didn't reply. Our front bumper is still loose on both sides. Because of this negative experience, I cannot recommend this company.
