I got there and the car wash was taking forever. so waited 20 minutes trapped in line for a broken car wash. One car drove out with foam still all over it and had to go back through. It took forever for the credit card read so i had to was just cash.

The best touch-free car wash in the county. PLEASE consider offering a loyalty package for those who use the carwash often. For example maybe prepaid "membership" cards for 5x, 10x, 15x a month

Tried the Germantown location for the first time. $12 wasted. Worst touchless car wash I've ever experienced. Didn't even budge any of the road grime or bug splats. I was able to take a handy wipe and remove some dirt from my door with a light wipe after leaving the wash bay to check out the job it did or in this case, did not do. It was a cool October morning but I ended up taking my vehicle home and power washing it with simple green and it's perfectly clean again.

A good quality touchless wash. A little bit pricey, but the value is there with good equipment and quality chemicals.Now, if we could get other payment methods available as an alternative to those insecure card dip readers. NFC, anyone?
